Declaration on “Anti-Counterfeiting in Asia” Forum

We declare here that,

we aim at building of the all-Japan Alliance, in which the intention of the industrial world is fully reflected, by concentrating the power of each enterprise, each related institution and the all other interested parties in the government and the private unity, in order to eradicate the counterfeit goods in the Asian area, and then we aim at the realization of the fair international competition society in Asia and the sound development of the Asian economy by the proper protection of the intellectual property rights.
