Judicial System for Facilitating Predictability and Future Practice for Settling Patent Disputes

Due to business globalization, patent disputes are becoming more complicated. From the judicial and administrative points of view, the debate will address the assessment of value of patents by sighting examples of standard essential patents and patent disputes raised by PAE (Patent Assertion Entity).
