International Activities

"Inventors' Day 2015" was held at Muangthong, Nonthaburi in central Thailand during 2-5 Feb., 2015. JIPA provided 3 awards (Green Technology Award, Biotechnology Award, and Design Award) for this event for awarding inventions. This event is sponsored by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), an institution of the Thai government which provides advice on science and technology, and the event is a patent licensing fair intended to commercialize inventions and to promote exchanges between researchers.

The above JIPA Awards were given to the following inventions, and in this event, JIPA also received Contribution Award from NRCT for its activities for raising awareness of inventions and respect for intellectual property. JIPA has been active aiming at establishment of a culture which respects and attaches weight to intellectual property in Asian countries.
